Today we had an illustrators workshop with author and illustrator Ellen Lou. Children have been working on their own storyboard plans for a book. Today they imagined what their main character would look like. They explored their personality and then tried to bring this to life through illustration.
On Wednesday we had a parent in class sharing a story in her mother tongue Hindi. Garima read us a wonderful story about a Grandmother who was always misplacing her glasses. The students were really engaged and enjoyed this animated reading.
