On Thursday we had Community Development. This is when children in grade two get together and work on a range of personal and collaborative projects based on our current unit of inquiry, interests, and passions.
This week we enjoyed a few songs and rotated around activities in mixed groups. It was a great chance to reconnect with old classmates and meet some new team members. We enjoyed Cosmic Yoga in Ms Anita's class, Made a wreath of nations using our handprints and flags with Ms Courtney, and began a collaborative artwork about the challenges we face in our learning with Ms Karyn. It was a wonderful afternoon.
